Mucha and Gesture

I love the art of Alphonse Mucha.  The way he handles the female form is so illustrative and yet so realistic.  He has a way of adding outlines that don't even seem unnatural.  Plus his figures seem to have a life of their own, like they could walk off the paper.  Alphonse Mucha is a great example of how rhythm and gesture is used! Notice with most of Mucha's works he uses outline, but only for the contours, everything within is rendered realistically.  This is one of the highest standards I would like to adhere to.
